REFUND & EXCHANGE

At VALIA, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with precision and care. Due to the artisanal nature of our garments, we maintain the following policy:

• No Refunds.
• Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
• Exchanges will only be processed in case of a valid issue: manufacturing defect, incorrect item received

Conditions for Exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.
• The request must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the order.
• VALIA reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests upon inspection.

SHIPPING

We ensure a smooth and transparent delivery process for all orders:

• The customer must bear all shipping costs.
• FREE shipping for orders worth 3000 AED and above.

Payment Structure:

• UAE Orders: Shipping charges to all Emirates 35 AED
• International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at the time of order confirmation.
